Jeffco Public Schools institutes committees and task force teams to focus on particular issues. Committees meet a limited number of times to study an issue, weigh options or actions the district could take, and make a recommendation to the Superintendent.

- Community Diversity Advisory Council
- Indian Education Parent Advisory Committee
- Special Education Advisory Committee: The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is an advisory board that supports Jeffco Public Schools to improve outcomes for all students with disabilities.
- Gifted and Talented Advisory Council: Jeffco Public Schools’ Gifted and Talented (GT) Department relies on input from parents, administrators, teachers, students and others to best meet the needs of gifted learners and to review its current practices and services.
- Jeffco Alliance: Over the past two years, Jeffco has convened an Alliance of Jeffco stakeholders to provide critical feedback on the school district’s strategic direction. This Alliance shaped Jeffco Thrives 2025, the district’s strategic plan, and, more recently, its work to reimagine the high school experience.
